The complete manuscript for Volume IIB, completing the German armed forces (Wehrmacht), mobilisation and war economy, from June to December 1941, has been sent to the publisher. A new cover is being prepared so it should be released in September (or possibly early October 2014).

A new PDF File has been added to the section on German forces. It shows the personnel and equipment in the German Army (Heer), Waffen SS, Luftwaffe ground forces, Naval coastal artillery and railroad troops, Deployed (D) across the Reich, from 22nd June to 4th July 1941.

Operation Barbarossa: the Complete Organisational and Statistical Analysis, and Military Simulation focuses on 1941 – when the USSR came closest to defeat. It includes full analyses of the belligerents’ armed forces, weapons, equipment, personnel, transport, logistics, war-production, mobilisation and replacements.

Volume I – The Concepts and General Structure of the Integrated Land and Air Resource Model (Part I), and The Methodology Used for Analysing Weapon System Effectiveness, and the Structure of the 1941 Soviet and Axis Resource Database (Part II).

(Published in June 2013, 196 pages.) Volume I is separated into two parts. The first part is concerned with the basic philosophy behind using sophisticated and historically accurate military-simulations to study military history.

(Published in November 2013, 707 pages.) Volume IIA is concerned with the Wehrmacht. All the significant German weapon systems and combat squads used in the campaign are analysed using the quantitative methodology detailed in Volume I, along with the contextual history.

(Due to be published in September-October 2014, approximately 500 pages.) Volume IIB completes the Wehrmacht and Waffen SS. It will include the most detailed OOB (Order of Battle) for the German Army (Heer), Waffen SS and Luftwaffe ever published! Each German Army HQ (and army reserve) is presented separately, with all divisional and separate units shown.
